Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der App VoltTool, entwickelt von Damian Horacio Gagliano (nachfolgend „Entwickler").
VoltTool ist eine Hilfssoftware für Elektrofachkräfte. Die App stellt Berechnungsfunktionen für Kabelquerschnitte, Schutzorgane, Leistung und Spannungsfall bereit. Die Ergebnisse dienen ausschließlich als Orientierungshilfe und ersetzen nicht die eigenverantwortliche Prüfung durch eine Fachkraft.
Die Berechnungsergebnisse werden nach bestem Wissen und auf Basis gültiger Normen (VDE, DIN, IRAM) erstellt. Der Entwickler übernimmt jedoch keine Haftung für Schäden, die aus der Verwendung der Berechnungsergebnisse entstehen. Die Verantwortung für die korrekte Ausführung elektrischer Arbeiten liegt ausschließlich beim ausführenden Fachbetrieb bzw. der Fachkraft.
Der Entwickler behält sich vor, die App jederzeit zu ändern, zu erweitern oder einzustellen. Ein Anspruch auf dauerhafte Verfügbarkeit besteht nicht.
Diese Nutzungsbedingungen können bei wesentlichen Änderungen der App aktualisiert werden. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach einer Aktualisierung gilt als Zustimmung zu den geänderten Bedingungen.
Estos términos regulan el uso de la aplicación VoltTool, desarrollada por Damian Horacio Gagliano (en adelante, "el desarrollador").
VoltTool es una herramienta de apoyo para electricistas. Proporciona cálculos de sección de cable, protecciones, potencia y caída de tensión. Los resultados tienen carácter orientativo y no sustituyen el criterio profesional del técnico responsable.
Los resultados de los cálculos se elaboran conforme a las normas vigentes (VDE, DIN, IRAM). Sin embargo, el desarrollador no asume responsabilidad por daños derivados del uso de dichos resultados. La responsabilidad por la correcta ejecución de las instalaciones eléctricas recae exclusivamente sobre el profesional que las realiza.
El desarrollador se reserva el derecho de modificar, ampliar o discontinuar la aplicación en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
Estos términos podrán actualizarse ante cambios relevantes en la aplicación. El uso continuado de la app tras una actualización implica la aceptación de los nuevos términos.
These terms govern the use of the VoltTool app, developed by Damian Horacio Gagliano (hereinafter "the developer").
VoltTool is a support tool for electricians. It provides calculations for cable cross-sections, circuit protection, power, and voltage drop. Results are for guidance only and do not replace the professional judgment of a qualified electrician.
Calculation results are provided in good faith based on applicable standards (VDE, DIN, IRAM). However, the developer accepts no liability for any damages arising from the use of these results. Responsibility for the correct execution of electrical installations lies solely with the professional carrying out the work.
The developer reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
These terms may be updated in the event of significant changes to the app. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
